Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Chef Culinary Innovation, on-site at the Bridgewater, NJ Development Center. The role leads culinary mastership, rapid prototyping, and promotional activities for Nestlé Nutrition & Health, with travel to Fremont, MI and Konolfingen, Switzerland.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The position emphasizes front-end innovation across Nutrition and Health centers, with opportunities to collaborate globally and drive product excellence

Qualifications

• Culinary Art degree or certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a culinary chef in high-end restaurants or as an innovation chef in R&D.
• Mastery across multiple culinary backgrounds and ability to learn new techniques like tableting, soft chews, and melts.
• Proficient in functional ingredients to support prototyping and development.
• Mastery of professional culinary techniques aligned with Global Michelin rating standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead culinary mastership within front-end innovation and develop prototypes based on consumer needs.
• Create prototypes delivering nutrition, functionality, and great taste across formats.
• Collaborate with Sensory & Product Experience teams to ensure product superiority.
• Track consumer trends and present insights to senior leaders and teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional ideation and rapid prototyping for new concepts.
• Work with PD, S&T and external partners to enable prototype development.
• Support Nestlé Chef Network in creativity and problem-solving.
• Assist with processing nutritional bio actives across formats.
