Job summary

Compass Group USA through Levy is hiring a Culinary Food Runner at Ryan Field in Evanston, IL. This on-site role supports moving products from the main kitchen to stadium stations, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour and access to Instapay and other perks.

You will assist with production schedules, maintain HACCP compliance, serve customers at multiple stations, and help with documentation and sanitation according to policy.

Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs.
• Operates and cleans equipment following department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation, reports, and logs.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations.
• Serves customers efficiently and courteously.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grills at multiple stations.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, temps and portions.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.

Assits in moving product from main kitchen to various areas in the stadium.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes all required documentation, reports, logs as required.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grill and serves customers at multiple stations.
• Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
