Job summary

a21 is seeking a versatile Producer to manage both event and culinary production, coordinating across multiple workstreams from concept to on-site execution and post-event wrap. The role requires strong project management, vendor/talent coordination, and collaboration across departments.

The candidate will lead menu development, chef communications, and talent management while maintaining budgets and timelines for multiple programs and events.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating meetings, Festivals, experiential events, or other live events.
• Experience managing vendor, talent, client, or partner relationships.
• Exposure to culinary events or hospitality operations strongly preferred.
• Understanding of live event production including vendors, floorplans, timelines and onsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning and production for events from concept through onsite execution and post-event reconciliation.
• Serve as Event Producer and/or Culinary Producer across assigned events based on project needs.
• Build and manage project tracking systems in Monday.com, including timelines, vendor tracking, schedules, and run of show.
