Job summary

Lunch Bunch is seeking a Level 1 Enrichment Teacher to lead kitchen-based activities and support students in a fast-paced, interactive classroom. You will collaborate with other teachers, prepare materials, and help manage student engagement to foster confidence and hands-on learning.

This part-time role requires after-school availability (typically 2:00 PM–6:00 PM), 2–6 hours per day depending on location.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting children in instructional settings.
• Ability to manage groups in active, hands-on environments.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve.

Responsibilities

• Review lesson plans and training materials weekly.
• Watch training videos and attend pre-semester trainings.
• Prepare classroom materials and food efficiently.
• Distribute materials before class ends and manage supplies.
• Manage student behavior, engagement, and classroom flow.
• Teach kitchen safety and basic cooking skills.
• Report incidents using standard forms.
• Submit feedback after each class.
