Job summary

Levy at Boise Athletic Club is hiring a Culinary Dishwasher to keep the kitchen clean and organized for service. You will wash dishes, sanitize cookware, and assist with event setup while following food safety standards.

Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays required; prior dishwashing or food-service experience preferred. Levy offers competitive pay ($18 per hour) and perks such as Instapay via the EVEN app and a high-interest savings program.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-focused.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull as required.
• Flexible availability for events, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required food-safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Properly store clean dishes, equipment, and supplies.
• Remove trash and maintain designated waste areas.
• Sweep, mop, and clean floors and work areas as needed.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Support Culinary and Concessions teams with event setup and cleanup.
• Communicate equipment or sanitation concerns to leadership.
