SAGE is seeking a Food Service Director in Vail, CO to lead a vibrant culinary operation at a prestigious private day school. You’ll craft inspired menus from scratch, oversee front- and back-of-house teams, and deliver exceptional hospitality that enhances the dining experience for students, faculty, and staff.

Bring 5+ years of food service leadership, strong budgeting and team-building skills, and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years food service management experience.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and manage people.
• Experience creating from-scratch menus with local ingredients.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and develop client relationships.
• Hire, mentor, and train team members in a positive environment.
