Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Culinary Director to lead the culinary services across two Minnesota facilities. You will supervise staff, plan menus, and ensure therapeutic meals meet RDA standards.

This role travels between the Estates at Delano and the Estates at Excelsior to maintain consistent, high-quality service. Ideal candidates bring leadership, budgeting know-how, strong communication, and healthcare experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of or currently enrolled in an approved Culinary Services Director’s course that meets State and Federal long-term care regulations.
• Must have management and leadership qualities with a basic understanding of budgeting, food purchasing and menu planning.
• Must have strong clear communication and a commitment to improving the knowledge and skill of culinary services for older persons.
• Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must qualify for employment after a criminal background check per Minnesota DHS guidelines.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.

Responsibilities
