Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Possess a current Food Handlers Card as per health dept.
• Demonstrated leadership, training and supervision skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management and staff.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items per established standards and recipes to ensure quality and timely presentation.
• Maintain health protocols, hygiene, sanitation, and proper food temperatures.
• Get to know residents, their preferences, and participate in resident orientations.
