Job summary

Taste Buds Kitchen is seeking an Adult Cooking Class Instructor for a part-time role (10-15 hrs/week). You will lead adult cooking classes with energy, guiding groups through hands-on recipes and coordinating with culinary assistants.

We value confident public speaking, diverse cuisine skills, and at least 1 year in food service or education. CPR certification is required or willingness to obtain; weekend availability is expected; benefits include training and a flexible schedule.

• 1+ year experience in food service, culinary, hospitality, education, or public speaking/entertaining.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Available one weekend day/night consistently; weekday availability a plus

Adult Cooking Class Instructor

Taste Buds Kitchen | Part-time, 10-15 hrs/week

Do you light up talking about a new recipe or a cooking trick you just picked up? Love hosting, entertaining, and getting a group of people excited in the kitchen? We want you to join the Taste Bud Kitchen team!

Pay:

Starting at $20/hr + tips (based on experience)

What you'll do:

• Instruct adult cooking classes and events - date nights, birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate events
• Guide groups through hands-on recipes with energy and confidence, alongside a team of culinary assistants
• Set up before class, clean up after, manage a staff of helpful assistants
• Ensure a great, consistent guest experience for every class

What we're looking for:

• Confident speaking to a room full of adults (amplified voice)
• Comfortable across a range of cuisines and techniques
• 1+ year experience in food service, culinary, hospitality, education, or public speaking/entertaining
• CPR certified (or willing to obtain)
• Available one weekend day/night consistently; weekday availability a plus!
• Comfortable leading and working as part of a team
