Responsibilities include following standardized recipes, ensuring proper portioning, and maintaining HACCP standards while working with a strong team. Free meals, uniforms, and laundering service are provided at select locations as part of a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Previous grill cooking experience with protein preparation/execution.
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and maintaining proper serving temperatures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storerooms; stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies; reports maintenance needs.
