Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care-Heber LLC is seeking a Dietary Cook for our Culinary Services department. You will prepare meals, operate institutional equipment, and ensure meals meet resident allergies and preferences. The role supports a hospital/nursing facility environment and requires at least 18 years of age with a food handlers permit.

Previous supervisory dietary/food service experience is preferred. We offer consistent hours and a team-focused, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in dietary/food service preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food handlers permit currently active.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food for meal service according to the menu.
• Operates institutional food preparation equipment as directed.
• Cater to resident food allergies and preferences.
• Follows cleaning and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Attends in-service education programs as assigned.
• Performs cleaning tasks as scheduled.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
