Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Culinary Cook:

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and special menu items according to recipes and production schedules

• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards

• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, fryers, and steamers

• Follow all HACCP, food safety, and sanitation regulations

• Monitor food temperatures and properly store food items

• Assist with inventory, stocking, and receiving deliveries

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, prep areas, and storage rooms

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient meal service

• Accommodate dietary restrictions and special meal requests when required

• Follow company and school policies regarding safety and customer service

• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor
