Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Austin, TX is seeking a Culinary Buyer I to support a private-label and exclusive-brand product development team. This onsite role ensures ingredients, packaging, inventory, and culinary resources are available to keep projects moving.

You will manage replenishment, source ingredients, schedule deliveries, receive and inspect shipments, monitor freshness and rotation, and support the Culinary Excellence Center's daily operations and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food products, ingredients, grocery, culinary operations, hospitality, or related environments.
• Minimum 2 years using online ordering, inventory, purchasing, or procurement systems.
• Minimum 1 year in purchasing, inventory management, receiving, or supply operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage ingredient and product replenishment through approved purchasing channels.
• Source ingredients and schedule deliveries using multiple ordering systems.
• Receive, inspect, and organize daily deliveries; maintain logs and trackers.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic audits.
• Support Culinary Excellence Center operations and events.
