Collabera Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented purchasing/receiving professional to manage daily inventory and ordering for the Culinary Excellence Center in Austin.

The role emphasizes accurate product delivery, coordination with the Culinary Purchasing team, and maintaining trackers across multiple systems. The candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in fast-paced environments, and a solid understanding of basic food knowledge and nutrition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years buying/receiving experience.
• Basic food knowledge and interest.
• Working knowledge of online ordering systems.
• Strong to excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform simple math and culinary conversions.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Self-motivated and solution-oriented with a desire to learn.
• Knowledge of ingredient information and nutritional facts.

Responsibilities

• Replenish products through proper buying procedures.
• Secure samples of newly developed products with Culinary Purchasing team.
• Ensure product orders are timely and accurate.
• Maintain receiving and product trackers and assist inventory checks.
• Manage day-to-day operations of GTK and GTK building maintenance.
• Support culinary development team on products for development and testing.
