Position Summary:

The Baker prepares quality breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods for residents, visitors, and employees. This position plans bakery production according to menus and dietary needs, follows approved recipes and baking techniques, maintains clean and safe work areas, and helps ensure every item served reflects the high standards of St. Camillus.
