Job summary

Lifespark Senior Living Community seeks a Culinary Assistant/Server for part-time AM or PM shifts at Carver Ridge Senior Living, just outside downtown Carver, MN. The role supports dining services in an age-in-place community and offers competitive hourly pay based on experience.

You'll assist in food preparation distribution and service, work with residents and families, and contribute to a warm, welcoming dining environment under Lifespark leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally with residents and families.
• Advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.

Carver Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant to join our growing team.
Carver Ridge Senior Living is located just outside the heart of downtown Carver, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Position: Culinary Assistant/Server
Hourly: $15.50/hour - $20.50/hour, depending on experience
Service Area:920 6th Street West, Carver, MN 55315
Schedule: Part-time AM (7am-2pm) or part-time PM (4pm-7pm) - these shifts are for every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills.
