Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior food service in the human services field required.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing healthy, flavorful menu options.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Monitor and record daily temperature logs for refrigerators and freezers.
• Ensure high quality food and beverages are provided in timely manner.
• Serve meals and snacks to clients with attention to special needs.
• Provide food for clients when scheduled and as requested.
• Maintain all kitchen equipment in orderly and sanitary manner.
• Support proper rotation of food items to prevent spoilage.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Follow state and local food safety standards.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
