Country Manor in Sartell, MN invites applications for a Nutrition Assistant to join our culinary team. This part-time role supports dishwashing, kitchen upkeep, food prep, and meal service for residents, helping ensure nutritious meals in a caring environment. No experience required—training provided.

You will work approx. 21-28 hours per pay period with 4-8PM shifts, and rotate every other Friday, weekend, and holiday. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Position Highlights

As a Culinary Assistant, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Dishwashing – Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
• Kitchen maintenance – Keep the kitchen area clean and organized.
• Food preparation – Assist with daily food production and preparation.
• Serving meals – Help serve food and assist residents with their dining needs.

What We're Looking For

• 16+ years of age
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle various ingredients including but not limited to pork, chicken, beef, turkey, fruits and vegetables.
• Self-motivated, works well independently and as a team player
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate work
• Friendly, dependable, and enjoys working with the elderly
