Edencrest at Tuscany is recruiting for Culinary Assistants/Cooks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the excellence of the dining experience at their community. You will participate as a team member assisting with the operations of the dining room, kitchen, and interactions with residents, families, and staff, coordinating the dining experience. You will also help the culinary team comply with state and federal guidelines to provide the best dining experience possible.

Current Openings:

• Part-Time: 11am-7pm, Rotating Weekends
• Full-Time: 11am-7pm, Wednesday-Sunday

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding menus, recipes, and dietary preferences, including regulatory requirements and individual needs.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchen, and equipment.
• Managing the dining room environment and overall resident experience.

Qualifications required:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for food preparation, taste, and presentation.
• Strong aptitude for kitchen management and food service.
