WindRiver Companies is seeking an experienced Cook for our senior living community at Cedar Creek Lodge. You will craft delicious, nutritious meals from home-style to gourmet options, bringing joy to our residents and contributing to a warm dining experience.

This part-time role at Cedar Creek Lodge requires 3-5 years of cook/chef experience, strong food-safety knowledge, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as a cook/chef in a restaurant, hotel, or senior living community.
• Experience as a short order cook.
• Full-scope recipe production experience.
• Passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and dietary requirements.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team on menu ideas and seasonal offerings.
• Provide exceptional service to residents, accommodating preferences and dietary needs.
