Job summary

Lakeside Generations Senior Living & Care Center, a Cassia community overlooking a lake, has Culinary Assistant positions available with guaranteed hours and shifts. There is no experience required; training is provided. The role supports residents, employees, and families with meals and service in a warm, compassionate setting.

Position Type: Part-Time. Shift Available: Evenings 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Location: 439 William Avenue East, Dassel MN 55325.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or healthcare experience preferred but not required; we will train.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
• Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
• Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
• Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
• Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.

As a Culinary Assistant atLakeside Generations, you will gain valuable knowledge and experience by serving our residents, employees, and family members’ meals.Mealtimes and good food will always be a very important part of everyone's lives!Our Dietary Department is a great group to work with and are valued by staff and residents alike. Position Type:Part-Time

including one weekend a month and rotating holidays.

Shift Available:Evenings3:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Wage Range: $19.09 to $21.09 / hour depending on experience

Culinary Assistant Responsibilities:
