Job summary

The Williamsburg Lodge Culinary Intern program offers hands-on experience under the leadership team in our hospitality and culinary arts environment, with rotations through kitchen stations for AM/PM service, banquets and events.

You will learn food prep, sanitation, menu development, guest service, and teamwork while preparing menu items to established standards. English communication is required; experience is not essential.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree in culinary arts or related field.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Learn kitchen station operations and prep for AM/PM service, banquets and events.
• Develop skills in food preparation, safety, menu planning, and guest service.
• Collaborate with chefs and follow the training plan.
