Job summary

Concorde Education, LLC is seeking qualified instructors to lead Cooking and Culinary Arts programs as independent contractors. Instructors will teach hands-on kitchen activities at participating schools and community sites, guiding students through age-appropriate lessons and food-safety practices.

Most sessions run about one hour weekly for 8–10 weeks, with assignments offered across the school year. Ideal candidates have culinary experience and strong classroom management in youth settings.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience in cooking, baking, or food preparation.
• 60 college credits or an Associate degree completed or in progress.
• Experience with teaching or supervising youth preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive culinary activities with provided materials.
• Supervise students during hands‑on food preparation.
• Maintain a safe, organized instructional environment.
• Follow school procedures, allergy guidelines, and food-safety rules.
• Document attendance and assignment records.
