The Landing Chattanooga, operated by Schulte Hospitality Group, seeks a dynamic Baker/Cook to join our team. The role emphasizes sanitation, food safety, and quality preparation across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility.
• Keep storage areas orderly and clean for all food items.
• Properly handle and store food, rotate inventory.
• Prepare food according to recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets.
• Maintain organized storage areas and proper pars of products.
• Collaborate with manager to create daily specials and menu variations.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
