Responsibilities

• Assist Kitchen Supervisor and Cook as requested.
• Help with meal preparation according to patient dietary needs.
• Assist in serving meals that are appetizing and visually appealing.
• Set up meal service, maintain carts, and deliver trays timely.
• Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines during prep and cleanup.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized; wash dishes and utensils.
• Return clean items to storage and dispose of waste per regulations.
• Prepare food supplies for the next meal and ensure safety.
