The Northbridge Companies invites you to join our Kitchen Crew in Wells, ME, supporting dining room and kitchen operations to help ensure meals are prepared, served, and cleared with care. Working closely with the Culinary Director, you’ll help deliver warm, friendly service to our residents.

No prior restaurant background required—training is provided. This role emphasizes a positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork while maintaining safety and cleanliness in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• No restaurant or customer experience required; training provided.
• Be open to changing roles on the fly.
• Stay positive, especially when it''s busy.
• Be patient and understanding when residents have requests.
• Notice when things need to be cleaned to keep area tidy and safe.

Responsibilities

• Prep food as needed per the Culinary Director.
• Talk to residents in a friendly way, share the daily menu, and ensure they''re happy.
• Serve dishes to residents kindly.
• Assist in cleaning pots, pans, and keeping the kitchen area clean and orderly.
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and food safety rules.
• After each meal, reset the Dining Room and take pride in its appearance.

Kitchen Crew Job Summary

Your job as Kitchen Crew is an all-hands type of role. You’ll rove the dining room and kitchen, ensuring any area that needs assistance is helped. Working closely with our Culinary Director, you'll help make sure dishes are made, served, and cleaned up.

Responsibilities:

• Prep food as needed per the Culinary Director.

• Serve dishes to our residents in a kind manner.
• Assist in cleaning pots, pans, and keeping the kitchen area clean and orderly.
• Keep the kitchen and dining room clean and follow rules to keep the food safe.
• After each meal, set up the Dining Room again and take pride in how it looks.

• It's cool if you've never worked in a restaurant or with customers before, but we'll teach you if you're excited to learn.
