Job summary

Campbell Street is seeking a Dietary Aide to provide an efficient, exceptional dining experience for residents on site in Hull, IA. You will help prepare meals, ensure dietary needs are met, and maintain clean, safe kitchen and dining areas while following established procedures and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to QAPI and resident rights, and contributing to a positive atmosphere for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (or as required by state law).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a functional level.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages per recipe.
• Performs food preparation, covering, storage, and labeling tasks as assigned.
• Arranges tray and table settings with proper ware and condiments.
• Serves meals to residents according to schedules and dietary procedures.
• Delivers nourishments to the nurse station and distribution areas.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment as directed.
