Job summary

Campbell Street is seeking a Dietary Aide to provide an efficient, exceptional dining experience for residents. You will prepare meals, serve at regular mealtimes, and ensure dietary needs are met while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Your role supports quality care through accurate temperature recording, proper food handling, and teamwork with nurses and staff. A positive, compassionate attitude toward seniors is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in some states) and able to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Shall have a high school diploma, or be in school.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages per recipe.
• Performs food preparation, covering, storage, and labeling tasks as assigned.
• Arranges tray and table settings with proper tableware, condiments, and tray cards.
• Serves meals to residents in accordance with schedules and dietary procedures.
• Records wash and rinse temperatures and ensures sanitation of kitchen equipment.
