Job summary

Majestic Care is seeking a Culinary Aide at Sagamore Hills to support Nutrition Services under supervision and work with various diets. You will assist with tray line service, food preparation, and special events, while ensuring proper sanitation and portion control.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and food service equipment.
• Assist with tray line assembly and restorative dining programs.
• Prepare desserts, beverages, nourishment and special activity events.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of preparation and service areas.
• Deliver food carts to resident meal service locations and assist with stock.
