Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities in Ridgeway, MN is seeking a Culinary Aide to assist with meal presentation and serving for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Join a supportive team and help enhance dining experiences with compassionate care.

You will work a part-time or full-time schedule with shift differentials and opportunities to grow within a resident-focused organization. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

• Assist with presentation and serving of meals to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining facilities.
• Accommodate resident meal requests promptly and courteously.
• Be knowledgeable of and attentive to residents' dietary needs and preferences.

• Schedule: Both Full-Time and Part-Time available. The Full-time is: Monday-Friday and every other weekend 7am-3pm 75 hours per pay period. The Part-Time is: 36 hours per pay period, M-F 4p-7p and Every other weekend 7a-3p
• Shift Differential: $1PM (2pm-10pm). $3 Weekends (6am Sat-Mon 5:59am)

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the presentation and serving of meals to residents

What You'll Need:
