Qualifications

• No high school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative or office position.
• Experience with standard office equipment and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails, screen callers, and manage documents.
• Coordinate activities and meetings, prepare expense reports, process invoices, and contact team members.
• Perform routine clerical duties, such as reviewing mail, making copies, and mailing letters.
• Oversee vendor appointments, maintenance, and environmental upkeep for offices.
