Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory's Information Security Department is hiring a CUI Program Lead responsible for implementing CUI requirements under DOE orders and federal CFRs. The role involves directing program activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining CUI policies and training across the organization.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, DOE Q clearance eligibility, and the ability to obtain Classification Analyst certification within a year.

Qualifications

• Level 3/4 education and experience as listed.
• Experience in Nuclear Nonproliferation, Arms Control, or related fields.
• U.S. Citizen with DOE Q clearance eligibility.
• Certification as Classification Analyst within one year of DOE Q clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement CUI regulations in identification, protection, and marking of CUI as defined by the CUI Registry.
• Direct CUI program communications, schedules and milestones, budgets, and activities.
• Engage with leadership and stakeholders across information systems, security, legal, HR, contracts, procurement, and other functions to meet CUI requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Contracts, and Procurement to ensure flow down of CUI requirements to subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CUI policies, processes, and procedures; monitor changes in policies.

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience

Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience
