Star3 is seeking a skilled Test & Evaluation Engineer / RF Engineer (CUAS) to join our dynamic team. This position involves supporting RF engineering and applied physics in CUAS test and evaluation activities, requiring expertise in applied physics and RF engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and three years of professional RF engineering experience. Responsibilities include planning, executing test activities, and analyzing RF data, ensuring effective communication and performance assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Three years of professional experience in RF or microwave engineering.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and analysis of CUAS test events.
• Analyze RF communications and antenna performance.
• Operate RF testing equipment and analyze test data.
• Participate in test readiness reviews and technical meetings.
