CA CI International Inc. is seeking an Operations Research Analyst and Planner to provide Group 1-3 CUAS subject matter expertise for USAFCENT A3 and A2 at Shaw AFB, SC. You will review, assess, and recommend CUAS actions across theaters, coordinating with USARCENT and USCENTCOM staffs.

You will oversee daily accountability of blue force CUAS capability, plan for prioritized deployments, and identify gaps. This role requires strong briefing skills and collaboration with multiple service

Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with current investigation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Air Defense and CUAS activities.
• Minimum two (2) years of Air Defense or CUAS planning experience in either Service Component Command, Combatant Command

Responsabilités

• Coordinate overlapping support and shared equities with USARCENT and USCENTCOM Combatant Command Staffs on CUAS to detect, track, identify, and defeat Groups 1-3 UAS threats.
• Provide planning input to emergent tasks in the USAFCENT CUAS cell, including MTT support and coordination with other in-theater CUAS teams.
• Maintain daily accountability and reporting of blue force CUAS capability across theater, especially USAFCENT equities.
• Inform on emerging operational capabilities and plan for prioritized deployment within the theater.
• Identify capability gaps and requirements to mitigate evolving threat profiles.
• Support synchronization of Army CUAS capabilities across USCENTCOM AOR ensuring cross component integration.
• Represent USAFCENT CUAS equities in briefings and information exchanges at various levels, ensuring de-confliction and coordination.
• Communicate readiness of CUAS platforms to Service Component and Combatant Command leadership.
• Review, analyze, and recommend for CUAS UMRs and rapid acquisition applications.
• Provide assessments on CUAS assets against evolving threat profiles and mitigation strategies.
• Assist with DOTMLPF-P integration for current and emergent CUAS capabilities.
• Update recurring briefing materials with latest tech and operational updates.
• Coordinate with enterprise action officers for refined CUAS requirements.
• Update CUAS data repositories and refine requirements with Service directorates and Command teams.
• Draft Military Orders and briefings using MS Office and other platforms.
• Review and recommend concurrence on CUAS publications.
• Provide recommendations on optimal sensor/system packages for missions using intelligence, assessments, site surveys, and sensor knowledge.
• Review, understand and provide technical assessment to the CUAS Coordination Team after CUAS events
