Eckerd Connects is seeking a Career Technical Training Manager for Job Corps in Washington, DC. The role is salaried and exempt, reporting to the Education and Training Director, overseeing the Career Technical Training department and ensuring curricula are taught effectively with proper materials and records.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience, including supervisory work; a driving license is preferred, and a background check will be conducted.

Job Corps is the largest nationwide residential career training program in the country and has been operating for more than 60 years. The program helps eligible young people ages 16 through 24 complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, and assists them with obtaining employment.
