Job summary

MTU Aero Engines North America, Inc. Rocky Hill, CT, seeks a CTS Engineer II to provide specialized engineering support for aerospace products and to act as a technical liaison among customers, maintenance organizations, suppliers and internal teams.

You will evaluate technical data, resolve complex issues, issue engineering dispositions, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements while supporting timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in relevant field.
• 4-10 years of related engineering experience.
• Sound understanding of concepts, methods and procedures within discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical issues and issue engineering dispositions.
• Support investigations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a liaison between customers, maintenance organizations, suppliers and internal engineering teams.
• Provide timely responses to time-sensitive customer needs and ensure safe return to service.
