Job summary

Behavior Services & Therapy is seeking dedicated recreational therapists to provide daily one-on-one treatment in clients' homes or community settings such as parks, zoos, or gyms, with monthly group activities at the South Bend office. A CTRS certification is required, and applicants should be organized and able to manage calendars and paperwork.

Transportation reliability is essential; there is a guaranteed full caseload within 3 months and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

CTRS certification required.
Experience with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities is a plus.
Must be organized with calendar, monthly timesheets and paperwork; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Deliver daily one-on-one treatment in the client’s home or in community locations (zoo, parks, gym).
Administer leisure assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Complete state-required paperwork and meet quarterly with the client’s support team to discuss progress.
Coordinate monthly group activities at the South Bend office.
Maintain caseload expectations and ensure minimal drive time between clients.
