Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with Tetrataenite and High Entropy Materials is highly preferred.
• Proven experience taking materials from TRL 3 to TRL 7+.
• Expertise in phase ordering and high materials characterization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the transformation of materials from lab to industrial-scale production.
• Develop alternatives for producing bulk rare-earth-free magnets.
• Manage the company's patent portfolio and represent the company in technical discussions.
