Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in technology with progressive leadership roles.
• Experience scaling engineering teams and large-scale systems.
• Deep knowledge of AI-driven architectures, APIs, and data.

Responsibilities

• Define technology strategy, architecture, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead a distributed engineering/data team across regions.
• Scale the platform to support higher transaction volumes.
• Shape the AI layer while ensuring durable, production-ready solutions.
• Partner with CEO, sales, marketing to align tech with business goals.
• Maintain security, governance, and disaster continuity.
