Job summary

Thera is seeking a visionary CTO to lead our engineering org and accelerate product development for a cloud-native financial OS. You will own system architecture, scale our stack, and guide the team through rapid growth in a fintech-enabled environment.

You will collaborate directly with our CEO to shape the roadmap, recruit top engineers, and establish a culture of speed, quality, and customer focus as Thera scales globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record.
• Product-minded; enjoys talking to users to learn their needs.
• Experience at high-growth, fast-paced startups is a plus.

• Previous experience at high-growth, fast-paced startups
