Job summary

Thera is building a financial OS for global teams. We’re looking for a CTO to join our growing team in New York. You will lead the engineering organization, drive full-stack development, and shape our culture and best practices from day one, working closely with the CEO to influence product roadmap and API strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role at a seed-stage fintech startup, offering growth opportunities and a focus on scalable systems as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering with a strong track record.
• Experience with Kotlin, React.js, Next.js, Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Product minded; able to talk to users and learn their needs.
• Previous experience at high-growth, fast-paced startups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Team.
