• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in strategy, technology strategy, consulting, or comparable planning roles.
• Experience developing functional or business strategy within a large organisation.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into objectives and OKRs for a function.
• Experience synthesizing complex information into a clear position for leaders.
• Experience scanning market and technology developments relevant to the organisation.
• Experience engaging senior leaders and facilitating strategy workshops.
• Experience producing executive level strategy narratives.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and strategy materials.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the DPTF functional strategy, translating strategy into needs.
• Co-create a north star vision with architecture and domain leads.
• Align the functional strategy to the Chief Architect's technology roadmap.
• Scan market and industry trends to inform the strategy with relevance to GSK.
• Translate strategy into functional objectives and OKRs with cadence.
• Assess major initiatives against the north star and raise governance issues.
• Communicate strategy to leadership and craft clear, credible materials.
• Engage leaders to feed requirements back into strategy and planning.
• Facilitate strategy workshops and leadership reviews with senior teams.
• Develop strategic recommendations and briefing materials for execs.
• Embed reliability and AI acceleration ambitions into the strategy.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis and materials production.
