Orpex is building the next generation of AI-native agent systems. You will own the product surface end to end—interface, backend, and data model—and ship to production in your first week.

As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll refine and scale the agent systems from architecture to deployment, working across frontend, backend and product to ensure reliability.

ABOUT ORPEX

The next generation of service companies won't scale through headcount. They'll be built by tiny teams orchestrating AI workforces with 1000x the output. Orpex is building the infrastructure they run on: agentic workforce, company brain, human trust layer, one cockpit to run the business.

THE ROLE

You own product surface end to end: the interface, the backend behind it, and the data model underneath. You decide what the right thing to build is, build it, and hear about it directly when it's wrong. You'll ship to production in your first week.

As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll be responsible for building, refining, and scaling the agent systems inside Orpex, from architecture to evals to deployment.

You’ll work across frontend, backend and product to make sure the agents inside Orpex are actually working reliably.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven builder. You've shipped something real to real users. It ran, it broke, you fixed it. We care about that far more than your stack.

• Full-stack, for real. Great interfaces, and as deep on the backend as the feature needs.

• Product engineer, not software developer. Nobody hands you a ticket. You talk to users, define the outcome, ship it.

• Simplifier. You can hold a messy workflow in your head and find the version that's simple enough to ship this week.

• AI-native. You write code with AI at a pace that would have looked unreasonable two years ago.

• Intensity. You force things into existence. Bonus if you've founded something or joined a startup early.

YOUR FIRST MONTH

• Ship from day one. Production code in week one.

• Own it end-to-end. Spec, build, deploy, talk to the user, iterate.

• Do what needs doing. Infra, UI, customer calls, hiring the next engineer.

• $150–250K USD base + meaningful early equity
