Job summary

Terra Energy is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead the transformation of our infrastructure and distributed compute platform. You will oversee hardware, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software, guiding multiple engineering teams toward a shared vision in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in servers, multi-GPU systems, and scalable architectures, with a track record in strategic technology planning and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or technology leadership with scaling teams.
• Proven experience designing and managing cloud and distributed infrastructure at scale.
• Hands-on knowledge of servers, PCs, multi-GPU systems and hardware architecture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; willingness to relocate to Florida.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for our distributed compute platform.
• Oversee architecture, deployment, and optimization of cloud infra and software.
• Lead multiple engineering teams toward a shared vision.
• Build and scale a high-performing engineering organization.
• Stay ahead on AI, distributed computing, and blockchain opportunities.
