Qualifications

• Must-have leadership experience at executive level and ability to oversee multiple departments.
• Strong financial fluency with experience owning P&L and strategic spend decisions.
• Experience operating an AI-enabled SDLC and leveraging AI tools in development and QA.

Responsibilities

• Formulate technology strategy and product vision aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead transformation of product ideas from concept to market-ready solutions while considering business implications.
• Oversee day-to-day technology activities across Product Management, Design, QA, Engineering and Infrastructure.
• Mentor direct reports and foster a high-performing team.
• Champion products in collaboration with Marketing to boost revenue and appeal.
• Ensure product design and maintenance meet customer needs and revenue goals.
• Conduct research into future product direction and differentiation.
• Identify and leverage new technology innovations.
• Implement robust security measures to protect data and assets.
• Develop and manage department budget and resource allocation.
• Support Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and data insights to advance the Technology department.
