Job summary

Milliman seeks a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead IntelliScript’s technology strategy and operations. You will oversee software, IT governance, and AI initiatives while driving growth, data security, and scalable services for diverse insurance clients.

You will partner with product and business leaders to align technology with strategic objectives, manage budgets and vendors, and mentor a high-performing team across engineering and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of technology experience with leadership roles.
• Experience leading IT strategy, governance, and cyber security.
• Proven ability to drive cloud transformations (AWS/Azure).
• Strong written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology strategy, software development, and IT operations.
• Lead AI/ML adoption, automation, and cloud modernization.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and risk/compliance.
