Job summary

Terminus is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to define and own the full technology stack for its advanced LPT platform in Central Texas. The role unifies product engineering, manufacturing automation, and software under a single technical vision to achieve rapid design iteration, automated fabrication, and continuous improvement.

The CTO will lead teams across automation, controls, software, and data systems, driving architecture and long-range roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years in advanced manufacturing or related fields.
• At least 5 years leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with industrial controls, robotics, or high-throughput lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across automation, controls, applied software, and manufacturing.
• Define and own the internal LPT design and manufacturing platform.
• Oversee integration of CAD/CAE, BOM generation, routing, work instructions, and cost models.
• Represent Terminus’ manufacturing and product technology with regulators, labs, and partners.
