Job summary

Morgan's Wonderland Management Company seeks a transformative CTO to lead technology strategy, AI adoption, data governance, and guest/member-facing digital experiences across its entities. You will balance hands-on infrastructure with strategic AI initiatives and report to the Group President.

The role demands executive leadership, hospitality/nonprofit tech experience, HIPAA/compliance knowledge, and travel across Morgan's entities to deliver scalable, secure, data-driven technology across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including executive-level management.
• Experience with both internal systems and guest-facing technology, including infrastructure and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML platforms, cloud, SaaS, APIs, CRM/CMS, and integration.
• Experience with HIPAA or similar data governance/compliance.
• Nonprofit, hospitality, or accessibility-focused experience preferred but not required.
• Texas driver’s license and regular travel across Morgan's entities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Own enterprise AI and technology innovation roadmap and governance.
• Oversee guest-facing technology and infrastructure across Morgan's entities.
• Manage data strategy and enterprise data integration.
• Manage technology budget and vendor relationships.
• Act as the enterprise technology consultant across departments.
