Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a remote CTMS Specialist to join our clinical operations team. You will create and update CTMS templates, support site budgets, and ensure data accuracy across trials.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in clinical research, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Office365, plus knowledge of RealTime CTMS or similar software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in clinical research
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in clinical research with knowledge of clinical research systems and regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; proficient with Office365

Responsibilities

• Create CTMS templates to track visits, budgets, start-ups and billable items
• Update CTMS templates when protocol or budget amendments occur
• Assist in site template/AR clean up as needed
• Identify areas for continuous improvement of the CTMS software and participate in process improvements
• Verify CTMS results by conducting system audits of technologies/updates
• Provide training to site clinical and financial staff
• Represent Flourish Research professionally with staff, clients and vendors
• Handle additional duties as assigned by CTMS Lead

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Create templates within the CTMS software to include visit tracking, budgets, start-ups and billable items
• Update templates with the CTMS software when protocol/budget amendments occur.
• Assist in site template/AR clean up as necessary
• Identify areas for continuous improvement of the CTMS software by sharing feedback on processes and participating in process improvement initiatives as requested
• Verify CTMS software results by conducting system audits of technologies/updates implemented
• Provide training as needed to site clinical and financial staff
• Represent Flourish Research in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors
• Additional duties as assigned by CTMS Lead

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS

• Work is performed in a remote setting
• Travel may be required up to 10%
• Daily computer use
• Occasional evening or weekend work schedules if workload warrants

Requirements

• Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience using RealTime or similar software
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in clinical research. Must be knowledgeable in clinical research systems and regulations with a strong understanding of research activities and processes at research sites; exceptions may apply to extraordinary candidates with clinical operations background and strong quality and compliance mindset

Knowledge and Skills

• Exceptional knowledge of clinical research methods
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and align with operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills to include Office365 products
