Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in Life Sciences.
• 4+ years building/maintaining project plans and RAID logs.
• 3+ years leading data integration programs (CTMS integrations).
• 2+ years managing Data Lake Sprints; knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Healthcare.
• Solid knowledge of GxP regulations, validation processes, and regulated environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Lead Data Strategy, Data Transformation initiatives, and Data Lake Sprints.
• Integration Support: Drive the CTMS integration with other core ecosystems.
• Project Governance: Develop project plans, manage resources, and maintain RAID logs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, and BI teams.
• Requirements & Testing: Lead requirements refinement, own UAT planning, and coordinate with Validation teams.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure activities adhere to Life Sciences regulatory frameworks and GxP.
• Status Reporting: Facilitate stakeholder workshops and weekly leadership reports.
